Kimberley George

Entrepreneur · Framework Creator · Private Investor

Kimberley George was an Australian entrepreneur and creator of the Decision Stability Framework™, developed from more than 15 years of work across business creation, strategy, product development, and human performance.

Her work examines a problem she encountered repeatedly in practice: what happens after a consequential decision is made, once it meets implementation, pressure, changing conditions and new information.

That question became the basis of the Decision Stability Framework™ and her completed nonfiction manuscript, Decisions That Hold: Why Some Decisions Survive Pressure and Others Don’t.

Alongside this work, Kimberley retains selective private investment, equity and intellectual-property interests in founder-led ventures.

“What kept drawing my attention was not only whether a decision was sound, but what happened once it had to operate under pressure, through implementation and changing conditions.”

“The problem kept appearing after the decision was made.”

Kimberley began building businesses in her twenties and spent more than fifteen years across entrepreneurship, strategic business practice and product development. Her work exposed her to decisions from both sides: helping shape a course of action, and then seeing what happened once that decision had to operate in the real world.

Again and again, the more difficult problem appeared after the choice had been made. A sound decision could come under pressure. Implementation could falter. Circumstances could change. New information could emerge. The challenge was knowing which of those things should change the decision, and which should not.

That recurring problem became the foundation of Decisions That Hold and the Decision Stability Framework™: a body of work concerned not only with how consequential decisions are made, but with how they hold, what destabilises them, and what legitimately earns reconsideration.

A perspective shaped by enterprise and human behaviour.

ENTREPRENEURSHIP & STRATEGIC PRACTICE

Kimberley’s experience spans business creation, product development, commercialisation and strategic work across startups, owner-led businesses and larger organisations.

It has placed her on both sides of consequential decisions: helping shape a course of action and being responsible for carrying one once the consequences begin to unfold.

That experience reinforced a practical reality. A decision can make sense at the point it is made, yet still be tested by execution, competing priorities, other people, changing conditions and consequences that were impossible to see in full beforehand.

HEALTH & HUMAN BEHAVIOUR

Kimberley’s background in health and human performance added another perspective: the person making the decision matters too.

Her work in this field exposed her to the ways physical state, uncertainty, competing demands, environment and social pressure can shape how people interpret information and respond to what happens next.

It strengthened her interest in the conditions surrounding judgement and action, rather than treating a decision as an isolated moment of choice.

Together, these experiences shaped the way Kimberley came to think about consequential decisions: not as isolated moments of choice, but as courses of action that continue to unfold through execution, changing conditions and real-world consequences.
